Wine lovers rejoice!  The weekend is filled with special events meant to help you explore the growing wine industry in the Lake Chelan Valley.  Tour our area's boutique wineries, take part in the Saturday wine walk, get to know the local winemakers at the nightly barrel room feasts and finish out your weekend with a champagne brunch in the beautiful Karma Vineyard cave.

It’s hard not to smile at the beauty that surrounds you at Lake Chelan.  Get outside and experience the exciting outdoor recreation right out the door.  Miles of x-country trails with stunning views of the lake and the snow covered buttes at Echo Ridge (and the new yurt!) as well as the tubing hill and downhill skiing at Echo Valley is always a family favorite.  Hop on your snowmobile – no matter your skill or age – and take part in the Snowmobile Bucket Run.

Wintertime is wonderful here! Pack your mittens, grab your parka, and get ready to head on out. It's a great way to recharge after the hustle and bustle of the holidays.

Sip, Savor & Stroll

Wander around charming historical downtown Chelan while tasting spectacular local wines, mouthwatering food from local chefs and watch talented sculptors bring their ice masterpieces to life.  This event combines cool wines, talented artisans, crisp winter air and good company to create warm and wonderful memories of winter in Lake Chelan.

Your $30 ticket includes 15 wine tastings, 3 appetizer tastings, 1 wine glass and 1 wine tasting notes booklet filled with special offers from the wineries.  It's a great way to watch the ice sculptors create their outdoor art pieces!

Lake Chelan Winterfest Fire & Ice Festival

Celebrate the magic of the snowy season as you sip, stroll, and savor your way through our magical little community. Marvel as ice sculptures come to life right in front of you, go for a sleigh ride around town or test out your skills on the ice rink.  Make your way to the beach and warm yourself around a giant bonfire and be dazzled by the magic of fireworks.  Finish the day with a glass of wine, a great cup of joe or a mouthwatering meal.  Oh.... wintertime is wonderful here! Pack your mittens, grab your parka, and get ready to head on out. We will see you over Martin Luther King Weekend this January 15-17.
