Funktion
Funktion is KELLY BAINBRIDGE on guitar, congas and vocals, JOE GUIMOND on bass guitar, guitar and vocals, DAN QUIGLEY on keyboards and vocals, DOUG WILLIAMS on drums and vocals, BOB HOUGHAM on trumpet, and BRUCE GUY on saxophone and background vocals. While our band’s background differs, our goal is the same: to bring energetic music with as much heart and soul as we can to our audience. Our name insinuates our love of funk but our music ranges from the soul of Stax and Motown music to the horn sounds of Chicago, Al Green, and Earth, Wind, and Fire. And when people ask us to play Rock n Roll, well, of course we will. As soon as we count off the tune, it becomes our passion to make it the best version of that song you’ve ever heard.

The Seattle based singer/songwriter Kris Orlowski’s folk-rock and indie-pop sensibility draws comparisons of Paul Westerberg and Elliot Smith. Kris is continuing to rise in the northwest with breakout 2011 with a surprise appearance at Doe Bay Festival, and debut appearances at Bumbershoot and at the acclaimed new Northwest music festival, City Arts. With the four piece band he recently released a new four song EP “Warsaw”, that has been receiving a lot of attention

The Kevin Jones Band is GREG HENDRICKSON on 5&6 String Basses & Voice, DOYLE WOOD on Electric and Acoustic Mandolins, DOUG WILLIAMS on Drums & Percussion, KEVIN JONES on Electric and Acoustic Guitars, Strings, & Voice, AUSTIN JONES on Sound mix and technicalThe Music style…? Roots Electric/Acoustic Rock… with a touch of world tone… Rhythmic and Colorful. Great originals and wonderfully unusual versions of cover songs… Within a show you'll hear wonderfully crafted ballads, driving rhythm and blues, electric and acoustic stringed instruments from several countries, and great dancing music. No single show is ever exactly the same. They'll take you on a slightly different journey every time. Not to worry though... you'll always end up back where you started, safe and sound. Bottom line…. Fun, not work.
Drawing influence and inspiration from artists such as Neil Young, The Cave Singers, Wilco, The Moondoggies , and The Band, The Good Luck Number have performed their brand of rowdy folk-rock with a variety of established Northwest acts including Ravenna Woods, Widower, Bryan John Appleby, The Feral Children, See me River and Truckasaurus. They have been featured at The Tractor, Sunset, Skylark, Nectar, The Comet and the High Dive. The Good Luck Number have also played the Vogue in downtown Chelan, and have played the Caffe Mela Summer Concert Series in Wenatchee the past 2 years.
